M-VAVE FM1 - firmwares

start - firmwares: xox,

I will use some firmwares. The list will grow as I am going to use them, but I'm going to take the time.
At the moment I'm pretty content with the XOX firmware.

Installing new firmware
- Go to https://thefirmwarehub.com/, use the Chrome or Edge browser on a computer
- Start from (or go back to) official firmware V15 first, every time you install new firmware (bottom of page)
- Find a firmware, press the green "Play" button to test in browser
- read the firmware installation instructions, they're not all 100% stable
- press 'Install" and wait patiently, do not touch anything
- troubs? firmware rescue: switch on holding [OCT-] and connect to PC
- Bluetooth MIDI (BLE): most firmwares drop the BLE, because the Bt-stack just takes up too much of the limited memory space (around 600KB).
